Country Masters (South West)
*Nominations Open - WA Country Masters Carnival 2023**
Hi Everyone
The WA Country Cricket Board and it’s organising Sub Committee is pleased to announce that the Sixth Annual Country Masters Cricket Carnival (Over 40’s and Over 50’s) will be held as follows:
Dates: Friday 31st March to Sunday 2nd April 2023
Venues: Donnybrook / Bunbury / Busselton region (turf wickets).
Age Groups: Over 40s and Over 50s (as at 31/3/2023)
Nomination Fee: Over 40 Team: $750 per team (includes 10 x Tickets to the Donnybrook Social Event on Saturday 1st April)
Over 50 Team: $650 per team (includes 10 x Tickets to the Donnybrook Social Event on Saturday 1st April)
Formats: Over 40s – 5 x T20 games over three days
Over 50s – 4 x T20 over two days
Other costs: The carnival is self-supporting with teams and/or individuals being responsible for expenses associated with the carnival (e.g., umpire fees, catering/lunches, and accommodation).
We will provide further information regarding the cost of balls, umpire fees and ground hire, but please be prepared to contribute to these costs.
This follows the incredibly successful WA Country Masters Cricket Carnivals, held since 2013. The Organising Committee, supported by the CCB, are seeking official nominations from Teams who are interested in playing in the Carnival. Teams can be nominated as Association or Regional teams. Club nominations will not be accepted.
